2015 Standard mileage allowance rate
Beginning Jan. 1, 2015, the standard mileage allowance rate for computing the costs of operating a car for business purposes will be 57.5 cents per mile. The new 2015 rate for medical or moving expense purposes is 23 cents per mile. The new rates apply to costs paid or incurred effective immediately.
