Metz Culinary Management Dining Update
Super Bowl Party in Clet Dining Hall:
This Sunday, Feb. 7, Clet dining hall will host a Super Bowl Party for students. Themed game day food will be served, including Carolina Panthers BBQ pulled pork sliders and Denver Broncos bratwurst. To top it off, the Super Bowl will be aired on a big screen for your enjoyment. Come out and enjoy food, football, and friends. The fun starts at 4:30 p.m., and we can’t wait to see you there.
Heritage Room will reopen:
The Heritage Room will reopen for faculty lunch on Monday, Feb. 8.
Welcome to Kevin Craig:
Metz at Niagara is proud to welcome Kevin Craig to the dining services team as our new director of catering. Kevin is a seasoned professional in the food service industry with two decades of experience under his belt. His past positions include serving as the director of dining services at two separate colleges. Kevin has also served as the district manager for the Education Sector for America Food and Vending. We are excited to welcome Kevin to our team, and can’t wait to see what he has in store for spring 2016.
