Sept. 1 – Food Truck Farewell to Summer

Niagara University faculty, staff and administrators are invited to come together Sept. 1 to bid farewell to summer and, more importantly, celebrate the beginning of the 2016-2017 academic year.

There will be three food trucks – R&R BBQ, House of Munch and Sweet Melody’s – located in the Gallagher Center parking lot from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.

MEAL VOUCHERS WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE UNIVERSITY AND DISTRIBUTED IN FRONT OF GALLAGHER CENTER ON THURSDAY.

For those employees who require a gluten-free entrée, your vouchers will be valid in lower level Gallagher at the grill. You will be able to receive a combo meal along with optional dessert items.

There are vegetarian options available from the Food Trucks.
