Conducting an Effective Meeting
Professional Development: Conducting an Effective Meeting
Niagara University is a place for all employees to grow, question, and enhance their skill sets. This one-hour session on running meetings will cover the prep work that sets the stage for an effective meeting, how to make effective use of notes and action items, and most critically, how to identify and address the often involuntary ways participants can de-rail a meeting and compromise productivity. Join our vice president for Campus Ministry, Father Kevin Creagh; general counsel and interim human resources director, Stephanie Adams; employee relations manager, Rita Geiben; and 19 of your other colleagues for this useful, discussion-based session. Acquire new leadership skills, brush up on old ones, and contribute to our shared value of excellence with this professional development opportunity.
