Niagara University Alumnus Earns Award From Institute Of Management Accountants
Recent Niagara University graduate Qundray Gray is one of eight individuals from all over the world chosen for a prestigious leadership award by the Institute of Management Accountants.
IMA is the worldwide association of accountants and financial professionals in business. It was founded in 1919 in Buffalo, N.Y.
Gray, as part of the award, will have his expenses covered to attend IMA’s global board of directors’ meetings in San Diego Feb. 16-18. There, he will have opportunities to participate in sessions and offer feedback from a student’s perspective to the 53 members of the organization’s board of directors, which is comprised of senior-level academic and professional executives.
In addition, Gray’s award will be acknowledged on the IMA website and in Strategic Finance magazine, the organization’s flagship publication.
