South End Housing Initiative

Thank you to all the employees who participated in the South End Housing Initiative’s “Rock the Block”. It was truly a day where we were able to put our Vincentian mission to work. “Rock the Block” had 200 community volunteers and residents working together to take the neighborhood from blight to curb appeal. the three year project hopes to encourage new homeowners to invest in the South End through rehabilitated or new housing. Employees contributed time working on over 35 homes, 10 alleys, 50 vacant lots, and adding landscape beds to corner street lots.

 We look forward to continuing efforts in contributing to the revitalization of Niagara Falls.
