Performance Appraisal Process Deadlines
The performance appraisal process at Niagara University is an annual event that requires supervisors to provide coaching, feedback and development to their direct reports. The process is currently underway and is scheduled to end Friday, Aug. 17, 2018, for most employees.
The deadline for faculty who complete performance appraisals for non-faculty staff members, as well as supervisors of seasonal employees is Sept. 30, 2018.
Consistent with university policy, faculty members are not evaluated in this process.
