We are thrilled to announce a new manager joining our team, Carly Finitz, the new Catering Manager, for Metz Culinary Management at Niagara University. Carly has already been very enthusiastic about being here at Niagara. We are very excited to have her on our team and are looking forward to what she will bring to our company and to the school.

Carly received her Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Buffalo State College. Carly’s career started at Daemen College as the Catering Manager for Hallmark Management Services where she gained extensive experience in the hospitality industry. During her four years at Daemen, not only did Carly became a certified TIPS Alcohol Certification trainer but also a creator of service training programs.
