Notice from Accounts Payable

All payables (Requests for Payment, Check Requests, etc.) that need to be paid PRIOR to Christmas Holiday break must be at the Accounts Payable Office NO LATER THAN 12:00pm Friday, December 13, 2019. Anything delivered later will not be paid until our next check run Thursday, January 9, 2020.

Please anticipate any advances you may need during the Holiday break as well as any arrangements with vendors.

Any checks being held by our office must be picked up by 12:00pm NOON Friday, December 20th, 2019 or they will be held until after the New Year.
