Sustainability Committee: Join us this fall!
At NU, we are continuing to act on our commitment to environmental responsibility, therefore meetings of the Sustainability Committee are open to all. Meetings this semester will be held in the CASTL space in St. Vincent’s Hall, Room 107, from 12:20 to 1:15 p.m. The meeting dates for fall 2014 are Wednesday’s Oct. 15 and 29, Nov. 5 and 9, and Dec, 3. Join us for one meeting, some, or all as we move forward on items such as the President’s Climate Commitment (including reducing NU’s greenhouse emissions, committing to LEED construction, and composting), and culture change around issues from turning off the lights to developing a bike-friendly community. We hope to see you on Oct. 15.
