Job Opening – PT Office Coordinator for the Castellani Art Museum

JOB SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, organizes, coordinates, and maintains the daily activities of
the museum. This includes the responsibility for the coordination of events and
programs, as well as the management of work-study employees and volunteers at the
Castellani Art Museum. In addition, utilizes basic computer skills to process all museum
deposits, gifts, and invoices; provides clerical support and performs receptionist and
secretarial duties as needed in support of the assigned department.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
1) High School diploma required with education, training, and experience that provides
the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
2) A minimum of two years of experience performing similar tasks is required.
