Dear Members of the University Community,

It’s hard to believe, but Commencement 2022 is approaching rather quickly. Please take a moment to review the dates and times below, and select any or all Graduation Ceremonies to work at Artpark in Lewiston, N.Y.

Responsibilities:
 Assist with setup and breakdown
 Back of house
 Courtyard to greet and direct students and their guests
 Distribute programs to the guests as they enter the Main Stage Theater
 Upper and lower parking lots
*Non-exempt employees will be paid their normal hourly rate through the Commencement Budget.

Dates/Times Needed for Staffing:

Thursday, May 12, 2022 | Graduate/Ph.D. Commencement Exercise
 Hours: 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
 Ceremony starts at 7:30 p.m.
*Dinner will be provided – details TBD.

Saturday, May 14, 2022 | Undergraduate Commencement Exercise

a.m. ceremony:

Business Administration, Education, and Nursing
 Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
 Ceremony starts at 9:45 a.m.
*Lunch provided at Artpark – details TBD

p.m. ceremony:

Arts and Sciences, and Hospitality, Sport and Tourism Management

 Hours: 1:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
 Ceremony starts at 2:45 p.m.
*Lunch provided at Artpark – details TBD
