Golisano Center Opening Updates

In Other, by , on October 9th, 2013

The campus community is invited to the official grand opening ceremony of the new science building on Wednesday, Oct. 9, at 12:30 p.m. The event will be held on the northeast lawn and will include remarks by NU’s president, Father James Maher, as well as Tom Golisano. Following the ceremony, everyone is invited to attend a reception in the Castellani Art Museum starting at 1:15 p.m.

Please note that students, staff, and faculty will be asked to park in the lots at Dwyer Arena and Power Authority Vista on Oct. 9 so that our guests (especially those with difficulty walking) may have priority parking. In addition, the new parking lot, between the science center and art museum, will be reserved for Trustees and guests beginning Tuesday afternoon.

The month of October will be filled with other events to showcase “Science at Niagara.” Please invite your friends, family and students to these events, which may be viewed online at http://www.niagara.edu/october-science-events.
