Upcoming Workshop: Mindfulness 101
Wednesday, September 14 at 12:10 pm online via Zoom. Dr. Donna Phillips, Associate Professor and the Director of the Center for Mindful Practice, will lead an introductory session on how to understand Mindfulness and begin establishing a daily Mindfulness Routine. She will share strategies for getting started, simple movements/stretches for controlling breathing and heart rate, and handy apps for scheduling time for mindful practice.
