Undergraduate Ceremonies

* 9:45 a.m. – College of Business, College of Education, and the College of Hospitality, Sport, and Tourism Management

Faculty/ Staff – If you have a son or daughter who will be participating in the 2024 commencement ceremonies and you would like to present their diploma please send an email to Mary Sander in the academic affairs office. Please include your child’s name, college, and degree. 

Faculty Regalia – Please order your regalia at the Campus Bookstore if you are planning on sitting on stage or marshaling at any of the commencement ceremonies. Regalia is required. The deadline to order is March 1. 

Marshall – If you are interested in being a marshall for your college, please reach out to our Grand Marshall, Prof. Joseph Winter, in the College of Business.

Student Regalia – The bookstore has already ordered regalia for students. Caps and gowns can be picked up at the Campus Store in the Butler Building beginning Monday, April 8, 2024, and continuing through Friday, May 10, 2024.

The Campus Bookstore is open Monday – Thursday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Friday 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Starting Saturday, April 20, we will be open on Saturdays from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. through May 4.

Tickets – Commencement ticket information will be coming out after spring break. The number of tickets for each student will be determined by the number of students participating in the ceremonies. Tickets are free.
