Succeed Safely
You have a much lower risk of injury when you’re physically fit, but exercise accidents can still occur if you don’t take proper precautions. If you’re just warming up to physical activity, start slow.
No matter your fitness level, always exercise in safe places, use weights and equipment that are at your level, practice correct form and stretch after your workout. Brush up on proper safety and form this week, especially if you have been doing your routine for a while. Consult with a fitness professional at your gym or community center, or seek out expert videos online for a quick refresher.
