Sip Your Pain Away
Recent research has found that consuming caffeine before exercise reduces the intensity of post-workout muscle pain (even if you’re already a coffee lover). Participants slowly sipped a cup of coffee an hour before they exercised.
Try having a small cup of coffee before your activities this week. Just remember to consult a doctor if you’re experiencing any long-term muscle pain or discomfort.
