A Message from Human Resources
Human Resources was informed by our HRA and FSA administrator Nova, that many of its members are experiencing difficulties purchasing prescriptions and other health care items using their Nova debit cards at Rite Aid stores. We have been told that Rite Aid is aware of this issue which is impacting customers across the country. Rite Aid is working to address this issue and when it is resolved we will be notified. Nova extends its apologies to any of its members who experience any issues.
