A Message from Payroll Regarding Holiday Break
Paper timesheets for the pay period Dec. 9 – Dec. 21 must be completed and turned into payroll no later than Tuesday, Dec. 18, for processing. Any timesheets received after Dec. 18 will be processed in the following payroll.
Online timesheets for the pay period of Dec. 9, 2018 – Dec. 22, 2018, must be completed and approved no later than noon on Thursday, Dec. 20, so they may be processed before we leave for break. Any hours not entered in by Dec. 20 will be paid in the following payroll.
Please be sure to populate hours for Dec. 21, 2018 and Dec. 24, 2018 – Dec. 28, 2018. Use the earnings code “Holiday” on timesheet. It is important for timesheets to be completed and approved so that hours can be paid in full.
In addition, when you return Jan. 2, 2018 please populate and code hours as “Holiday” for Dec. 31, 2018 and Jan. 1, 2018.
