A Message from Payroll Regarding Thanksgiving Holiday
Timesheets for the pay period November 11- November 24 must be completed and approved before leaving for Thanksgiving break on Tuesday, November 20, 2018.
For next week, your timesheet already has Thanksgiving day populated. You will need to add “Holiday” using the drop down under “Pay Code” column of timesheet and list 8am – 3pm for hours worked on Wednesday and Friday. Once your timesheet is complete, please ask your supervisor to approve it.
Paper timesheets need to be received by Payroll no later than Noon on November 20, 2018.
The next payroll will be transmitted on November 26, upon our return. It is important that your timesheet is completed and approved so that it can be paid in full.
