Niagara University has partnered with ACI, an international debit/credit card processor. This partnership provides the University the security compliance and certification requirements necessary to ensure the protection of sensitive and personal consumer data. This added protection comes with a cost, a 2.6% fee for using a debit/credit card, paid by the consumer.  There is an option to pay by e-check which carries no fee.

Departments that regularly collect fees for conferences/seminars should be aware that processing payments in the Student Accounts Office will be subject to the fee. In Fall 2018, we will be implementing a standard ACI shopping cart solution across campus that will not be subject to the convenience fee.  This will replace the credit card processor currently used in your department.
