Ad-Astra scheduling

Since the recent upgrade to the Ad-Astra scheduling system we have been notified by multiple users that they are seeing blank calendars, blank room selection windows or receiving error messages when using Ad-Astra. These issues all appear to be web browser cache related, therefore we are recommending users to please try clearing their web browser cache if they are experiencing any of these issues. Instructions for clearing the browser cache in Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome and be found on the Ad-Astra home page after you log in or you can access the instructions at http://schedule.niagara.edu/AstraProd/NU_Tutorials/Cache_clearing.pdf. If you have cleared your cache using the instructions and continue to have issues with the system, please contact Michael Jeswald or place a service request in the IT service request system.
