Ad Astra upgrades will be made Thursday, Oct. 20

Please be aware that on Thursday, Oct. 20, IT and the technicians from Ad Astra will be upgrading the scheduling system in the morning between the hours of 8 a.m. and noon.  During this time frame, Ad Astra will be unavailable for use. 

We are asking everyone who has a meeting/event scheduled for Oct. 20 and Oct. 21 to confirm that the correct space is reserved on the calendar before the maintenance window.  Please be aware that event requests, the event calendar and the events section of the Niagara.edu website will not be available during the upgrade window. 

Periodic upgrades are done so that we can provide you with any new functionality, enhancements or improvements that the vendor has made to the software. The upgraded system will serve the same functionality as the current system; however, you will find a slightly different look and the calendar will have a cleaner look and feel.  For a sneak peak, feel free to log in to the test environment, https://schedule.niagara.edu/astratest/portal/guestportal.aspx – use your current username and password.
