B.O.L.D. club will hold Christmas tree sale fundraiser: Dec. 5, 6 and 7
The BOLD club of Niagara University will hold a Christmas tree sale fundraising event this weekend, Dec. 5, 6 and 7, in the lower level Gallagher Center. Questions regarding the Christmas tree sale fundraiser can be directed to Melissa Heidt at ext. 8160 or mah@niagara.edu.
B.O.L.D. stands for Business Organizational Leadership Development. BOLD is a Learn and Serve club with students from different majors not only business. The club focuses on developing students into leaders and experienced businessmen and women.This club allows its members to implement what they have learned in class, through real world experiences.
One of the projects BOLD is currently working on is the Sustainable Sandals Project, which the Cave of the Winds donates the sandals from their tourist attraction to the Sustainable Sandals Project, and then the sandals are sorted, sanitized, boxed and then distributed to those in need in third world countries.
