BN360: Free Professional Development: Skills for Success
How To Be A Leader
What defines a leader? Is it the ability to inspire and motivate a team? Is it a natural quality that only some people possess? Is leadership something that you can learn and develop? One thing is for sure: Leadership definitions and qualities vary. One of the best ways to identify and develop—or improve—your leadership skills is to learn from a successful leader.
Join us as we hear from Kevin Clarke, a highly accomplished international senior executive, thought leader, and member of the Niagara University Board of Trustees. Kevin will teach us 7 steps and 12 takeaways to leadership.
Following Kevin’s address, you’ll get to participate in a panel discussion on leadership with Kevin and Mary Borgognoni, the Senior Vice President of Operations and Finance at Niagara University. The panel will be moderated by Jaclyn Rossi, the Associate Director of Alumni Engagement & Government Affairs at Niagara University.
