Brown Bag Lunch Series: Innovation and Higher Education

In Announcements, by , on November 8th, 2013

The brown-bag lunch series, Innovation and Higher Education, continues this week on Friday, Nov. 8, from 12:15 – 1:15 p.m., in VIN 210. Chris Sheffield, university planner, will lead a discussion on how to find space, in higher education, for “discontinuous innovation” – radical advances that profoundly alter the basis for competition in an industry. What might this look like at Niagara? The conversation will draw heavily from an article in the Harvard Business Review titled, The Ambidextrous Organization, which can be found through a simple Google search. For more information on the series, contact Dr. Taylor at dtaylor@niagara.edu.
