Canvas training using the Gradebook and Rubrics for Grading: Wednesday, Oct. 12

Voluntary Canvas training Using the Gradebook and Rubrics for Grading will be held Wednesday, Oct. 12, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. in VINI 115. This Canvas training session will be hands-on. Therefore, please bring a flash drive loaded with the following materials to the training sessions:

  • A Word document
  • A Rubric if you have one
  • You may also want to bring a pen and paper for notes.

If you cannot make any of these times, Canvas training sessions will be scheduled throughout the academic year. Or you can always set up one-on-one Canvas training.

Or, Canvas Basics for Faculty is available online. This is a voluntary, fully online, self-paced, eCertificate course designed to introduce you to Canvas and its powerful tools that can assist you in providing students with the means they will need in order to succeed in your course whether you are teaching in a face-to-face, hybrid, or in a fully online class.
