Centenarian Speaks To Niagara University Gerontology Class

Students in Dr. Susan Mason’s Introduction to Gerontology were in for a treat last Monday afternoon when 101-year-old Dorothy Boeck came to speak about her life and what it is like living in a world that she has seen change so drastically. The centenarian, mother of retired Niagara professor Dr. William Boeck, spoke to the class for about an hour and brought about many smiles and laughs by recalling fond memories of her life.
