Chef Anthony Renda Honored by Metz Culinary Management
On Wednesday, March 23, Metz Culinary Management presented Chef Anthony Renda with its Culinary Excellence Award.
The Culinary Excellence Award recognizes a chef who has displayed a passion for the craft, has an accomplished reputation in the field and has helped educate others by sharing skills and knowledge. Metz only presents one Culinary Excellence Award each year.
Tony was selected for this honor for his daily excellence at Niagara University, and his cross divisional collaboration with Metz’s partner teams at hospitals, as well as his work on special projects for the Metz corporate office.
