Clet Hall dining project: Survey – final day

In Today's Events, by , on November 4th, 2015

Niagara University has begun project development phases to evaluate potential renovations and/or expansion to the existing Clet Hall dining.  Niagara University has hired BHNT Architects to assist in the evaluation of the existing Clet Hall dining conditions and prepare design development plans and specifications that provide a project that is sustainability creative, culinary innovative, fully functional, and technology- advanced that meets our current and future dining needs..  Over the last month BHNT and a small NU project team have been working with Metz (our food service vendor at NU) and the Town Lewiston fire and building departments to develop the backbone components of the project and to confirm code compliancy with the Building Code of New York State to identify any code related issues that could have a detrimental effect on the project.

The Clet Hall dining project team seeks your input for the survey questions listed below.  It is important to define what “atmosphere or sense of place” the NU community is looking for in a university dining hall.  Please review the questions and provide a response where indicated.  At the end of the survey there is an opportunity to provide any additional comments that the project team can review.  Please feel free to provide examples (other dining halls that you have been to) or ideas that you feel describes what Clet Hall dining would mean to you.  Thank you for your insight and participation.
