CLET ROOM 106 ASBESTOS ABATEMENT
Please be advised that Facility Services is again undertaking a minor asbestos abatement project in Clet Basement Room 106 to facilitate the current and future repair of heating equipment.
As per NYS Law the selected contractor (Mark Cerrone, Inc.) will be posting signs as the project is due to begin Wednesday May 19, 2021 indicating the required advanced notice of the start of the abatement project. This project is scheduled to be fully completed no later than Friday May 21, 2021.
The contractor will be complying with all NYS regulations of air monitoring and negative pressure for this removal.
