Congratulations to Ann and Fred Heuer

Congratulations to new first-time grandparents, Ann and Fred Heuer. Yesterday their daughter, Marlene, gave birth to a beautiful baby girl who was born at 1:30 p.m. weighing 7 pounds 15 ounces. Her name is Freya Rose.
