Congratulations to Dr. Polka and Dr. Calzi of Niagara University on the recent publication of their book about the contemporary school superintendency.
Dr. Walter S. Polka, Niagara University alumnus (M.A. history. 1970; M.S. Education, 1971; Specialist Educational Administration Degree, 1974) and current professor of professional programs and coordinator of the Ph.D. program in leadership and policy, has co-authored another book about the school superintendency titled, “Living on the Horns of Dilemmas: Superintendents, Politics, and Decision-making” published jointly by Rowman & Littlefield Publications and the American Association of School Administrators (AASA).
Dr. Frank Calzi, retired associate professor of education at Niagara University, joined Dr. Polka and Dr. Peter R. Litchka, Loyola University Maryland, in researching the topic and writing this book. The book is available via Rowman & Littlefield, Amazon.com or the Niagara University bookstore.
