Congratulations to Dr. Walter S. Polka
Recently, the Board of Directors of the Association of Teacher Educators (ATE) appointed Dr. Walter S. Polka, Professor of Professional Programs and Coordinator of the Niagara University Ph.D. Program in Leadership and Policy to the position of assistant to the executive director. In this voluntary consultancy, Dr. Polka assists the ATE Executive Director, Board of Directors, and other ATE leaders in carrying out their policy duties and procedural responsibilities in relationship to financial, personnel, and membership management as well as conference development. ATE is a national organization devoted to the improvement of teacher education for school-based and post secondary educators.
