Crisis Immigration in America Event – April 4

Please join us Tuesday, April 4, at 4:30 p.m. in Dunleavy 127 for “I Was a Stranger and You Welcomed Me: Crisis Immigration in America.”

The speakers include Dr. Robert Kane, professor of history, who will examine the current refugee crisis in an historical context, as well as representatives of Jewish Family Services, Volunteer Lawyers Project, AmeriCorps and NU’s Brennan Center for Language, Culture and Leadership.

At the conclusion of the panel, we will present opportunities for outreach and service to refugees in our own community.

Refreshments will be provided.
