Deaf Awareness Week: Wednesday events
The following activities have been planned for Deaf Awareness Week:
Wednesday, Sept. 23
- Fundraiser for St. Mary’s School for the Deaf
o 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., lower level Gallagher Center front tables
o Selling: pumpkin spice cupcakes, sugar cookies, chocolate chip cookies, I Love You chocolate hands
o Community service opportunity
o Everything ASL Punch

- Deaf Comedian in Depew
o North Point Free Will Baptist Church, 6 p.m.
o Leaving NU at 4:15 p.m.

- Learn the National Anthem in ASL
