Help Me Grow is a national initiative that promotes early diagnostic screenings for children ages zero to five. These screenings can promote early interventions and assure many children will be pre-k/kindergarten ready.  United Way of Niagara has been part of a collaborative to increase the number of screenings in infants and toddlers and work with families to get them the resources they need. Currently, only 15 percent of children ages zero to five are being screened.
