Dr. Michelle Bork of College of Nursing Earns Recognition
As National Nurses Week was celebrated (May 6-12, 2023) and the tremendous contributions the field of nursing makes on health care across the world, please join Niagara University as the College of Nursing congratulates Dr. Michelle Bork on her recognition as the College’s Nurse of Distinction in Education!
Dr. Bork is an Assistant Professor and Chair for the college and her expertise in nursing education has paved the way for student success for a decade. Joining Niagara in the summer of 2021, Dr. Bork began her professional career as a K-12 educator before returning to school to pursue a degree in nursing. After completing her Doctor of Nursing practice, she went on to earn national recognition as a Certified Nurse Educator. Dr. Bork will be recognized by the Professional Nurse’s Association during their annual awards ceremony being held on June 6, at Salvatore’s Italian Gardens. Congratulations, Dr. Bork!
