DUI Car Crash Simulation: Oct. 27, 2014
On Oct. 27, 2014, the NUSGA Class of 2017 delegation will coordinate a DUI Car Crash Simulation with the help of Upper Mountain Fire Department, Lewiston Police Department, NU campus safety and student actors. The simulation will take place, rain or shine, at 12:45 p.m. outside in the Golisano lawn area near campus safety. This simulation will allow students and the NU community to see what happens at the scene of a car crash caused by a drunk driver. This event comes at an important time of the year to remind everyone to be responsible and safe, particularly as Halloween approaches. The NUSGA delegation invites all faculty, staff and administration to come and watch the simulation. Please encourage students to attend the event. Attached is the student flyer.
