Facility Services will be closed
Please be advised that facility services will be involved in important training on our TMA work order system scheduled from Wednesday., April 27, through Friday, April 29, 2016.
Due to the need for all facility services personnel to attend training on Wednesday, April 27, facility services will be closed for the entire day (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.). There will be no package delivery/pick-up or processing of routine work orders or monitoring of work order requests.
During this time, the general facility services number, 286.8430, will be available for emergency calls only.
Should you have an emergency that impacts the safety of the grounds, a building or the occupants, please call 286.8430 and we will respond.
If you have any routine work that needs attention on these days (4/27-4/29), please make sure your request is submitted no later than noon on April 26, 2016 so it can be properly scheduled and addressed.
While training will continue through the balance of the week involving various staff Facility Services will be operational but on a limited basis.
