If you are holding any of your office hours virtually, consider using Canvas ZoomProd’s Office Hours feature. This video shows you how to set up recurring Office Hours, so you are notified when a student joins your Zoom meeting. The ZoomProd Office Hours feature also schedules office hours across all of your Canvas courses, saving you the step of duplicating the setup.
