Fall 2016 university events
In preparation for the fall semester, the Center for Conferences & Events has developed a list of major university events that are currently scheduled through the month of December. Please keep these dates in mind as you begin planning for your fall activities on campus.
Even though we are more than capable of hosting multiple events simultaneously, it is important to remain in constant communication with our service providers to ensure that they can provide exceptional customer service for all university happenings.
Additionally, it is beneficial to know when other events are occurring, particularly if you plan to invite university administrators to yours.
AS ALWAYS, IT IS BEST TO REVIEW THE AD ASTRA CALENDAR BEFORE PLANNING YOUR EVENT TO AVOID ANY POTENTIAL CONFLICT.
