Fantasy Island Summer Partnership

In Announcements, by , on June 1st, 2017

Niagara University’s Center for Conferences and Events has arranged a partnership to house 18 Fantasy Island employees from China this summer. They will be working at the Grand Island-based theme park in food service and catering.

The ages of these employees will range from 19-23. Most are college students coming to the United States for the cultural experience and an opportunity to work.

The Fantasy Island employees will be residing on the third floor of Clet Hall and will use the main entrance for access to the building. Four employees will be arriving June 1 and an additional 14 will be arriving June 15. Each of them will have a photo ID for access to the residence hall.  They will also be required to abide by the same code of conduct that our students do during the academic year. Residence Life community advisors will be their point of contact for any questions they may have over the summer.

No dining services have been arranged for the group, but they will have the option to purchase meals individually in the Dining Commons.

If you see them on campus, please give them a warm welcome.
