On Nov. 19, Father Maher and Dr. Hung Le commenced a 13-day trip to Asia to meet with religious and political leaders, and sign academic agreements with several universities in Vietnam, Thailand and South Korea.
While overseas, Father Maher checked in from time to time to update the Niagara University community on his progress.
