Final Open Forum Session in Dining Services Review: TODAY
Niagara has hired the TMC Group, an independent consulting firm, to evaluate the university’s entire dining program, including food quality, menu variety, dining facilities and customer service.
The university’s goal is and has always been, to provide superior dining services that are responsive to the needs of our students and the university community.
Ted Mayer, president of the TMC Group, will be on campus Sept. 29 through Oct. 1 to begin the evaluation. As part of the process he will be meeting with various members of the university community including students and administrators.
Three open forum sessions for students and departments have been scheduled in LLGC multi-purpose event room:
- Oct. 1: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (faculty and staff only)
We hope you can take time to attend one of these sessions. Your input will be an important component in the future on Niagara’s dining programs.
