Food Network Chopped BBQ Masters Champion & Sodexo Chef Ernest Servantes at Niagara University
Chef Servantes will be preparing and serving some of his favorite dishes TODAY on campus.
Lunch:
Stop by the Gallagher Center WNY Classics between 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. for street tacos, Mexican street corn, cilantro rice and a variety of fresh salsas. Receive two tacos and two sides for $6.
Dinner:
Stop by Clet dining hall for dinner from 4:30 – 7:30 p.m., where an authentic smoker will be set up. Chef Servantes will be serving smoked and BBQ ribs, cowboy beans, coleslaw and green chili mac and cheese.
