Food service proposal presentations: TODAY
Niagara University is currently reviewing proposals prior to entering into a new agreement with an on-campus foodservice company. In doing so, members of the campus community are invited to attend presentations from these companies and pose questions to their representatives.
The 90-minute sessions will take place in the Gallagher Center’s multi-purpose room on Wednesday, March 4, at the following times:
- 8:30-10 a.m. – Metz Culinary Management
- 12:30-2 p.m. – Sodexo
The format of the sessions will include 10 minutes for company/team introductions, 50 minutes for the presentation and 30 minutes for Q-and-A.
Seating is available for the first 90 people.
