Food Truck Farewell to Summer
With the end of summer hours on Mon., Aug. 14, and the first full-day Friday (Aug. 18), Niagara University faculty, staff and administrators are invited to come together Fri., Aug. 18 to bid farewell to summer and, more importantly, celebrate the beginning of the 2017-2018 academic year.
There will be three food trucks – R&R BBQ, Lloyds Tacos and Franks Gourmet Hotdogs along with ice cream provided by Metz – located in the Gallagher Center parking lot from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
