French performance on campus on Tuesday, November 7 at 5 PM in the Leary Theatre

Actor and performance artist Francine Conley will be on campus on Tuesday, Nov. 7 to perform Lettres de Femmes / Femmes de Lettres in the Leary Theatre at 5 PM.  This solo performance brings to life writing by French and Francophone women over nine centuries.  The play was conceived and directed by Dr. C. Henrik Borgstrom, Professor of French and Associate Provost.  The performance is in French, but synopses of each scene in English will be provided in the program.  A full translation of the text is also available here, translated text.  Admission is free.  Run-time is about one hour.  For questions, please contact Dr. Borgstrom at
