Get a head start on setting up your Spring 2017 courses
Get a head start on setting up your Spring 2017 courses with Voluntary Canvas Basics Training. It will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 7, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. in the NU library basement. Canvas is always updating, and there are some exciting changes that will make course setup easier and quicker. We cover what you need to get your course organized in Canvas. The session will be hands-on. We will be demonstrating how to do things in Canvas, then giving you time to try them. With that in mind, please bring a flash drive loaded with the following materials to the training sessions:
- Your current syllabus (or a recent one if you have not yet updated it) saved as a Word or PDF sfile
- A Word document
- A Rubric if you have one
- You may also want to bring a pen and paper for notes.
